Kiken na Kankei (2013)

A love suspense drama where lies become the truth. Itsuki Kaede, a temp employee at Kamishima Corporation, has a fateful encounter with Kimoto Shuuji, a recent mid-career hire at the same corporation. Their identities are however not what they may seem on the surface and thus begins a game of deception.

I discovered this drama back in December 2024 and I always wanted to sub a spy-related drama, so here it is. Hopefully I did well! It was really interesting to learn more office and spy lingo.

This drama was soooo satisfying to watch? I can't quite explain, but yeah. They did really well on producing it. Maybe it's the Fukushi Seiji effect? I've been watching his projects lately and he's sooo charming and handsome. I wish he had more lead projects. Fukada Kyoko is also so good at action-style roles as opposed to ordinary romance.

The most fitting translation of the title would be "Dangerous liaisons".
