AKIRA LEAD!!!!! (after so long, if you don't count his stageplays)
As many of you probably know, Takano Akira's been my oshi for quite a while now, so of course I picked this one up.

Translation Notes:
Episode 1 - Not sure what direction they'll go with the word 溺愛 so I might actually correct the eps later. It was hard to find a good match for the starting definition. Also, hard to know how the plot will evolve, but it seems to be moving quite fast.
Episode 2 - I decided to go with young proprietress for 若女将 (wakaokami). I tried to find better alternatives, but I didn't like them much. It kinda fits considering the context. You can imagine her as someone training to to be the next okami (女将). Okami's roles at a ryokan are quite vast, but mostly include welcoming and greeting the guests, interacting with them, staff supervision, promotion, financial management - budgeting and accounting, staff training and recruitment, and any other customer service. The most senior one is ookami (大女将). Also, forgot to mention, but I think this is more of a production error. Did you notice how quickly it got dark in the one hour? Because of that, I had to change one line to match it better.
Episode 3
I've kept the word "course" instead of "dish" even though it's technically a single dish. In terms of kaiseki, chawanmushi is often the part of mushimono course (蒸物 - steamed food).

| Chawanmushi is a savory egg custard presented in a tea cup / bowl. The word comes from 茶 - cha (tea), 碗 - wan (porcelain bowl) and 蒸し - mushi (to steam). Notice how in the drama they use a spoon to eat this dish, it's one of the few dishes that's eaten with a spoon. The main ingredients are the eggs and they are flavored and complimented with dashi (Japanese broth), chicken, mushrooms, soy sauce, mirin (Japanese rice wine), ginkgo nuts, fish cakes and others. | Yuzugamamushi is their unique twist to chawanmushi by steaming the egg custard mixture in yuzu (citrus fruit). It comes from the characters 柚子 - yuzu (citrus fruit popular in Asia), 釜 (gama - kettle) and 蒸し - mushi (to steam). Actually there a lot of recipes using yuzugama (which is literally a citrus kettle), making use of the citrus fruit as a container of various delicacies.

Episode 4 - Yes, I'm still keeping the word "father" for 大旦那. Also this episode took like forever because it was so confusing context-wise. This drama moves too fast and I had to buy the manga to figure this episode out.
